We are a small, custom design office focused on regionally centered building and site design. Based in Rappahannock County, Virginia since 1990, our body of work includes projects throughout the Northern Piedmont and Northern Shenandoah Valley.  Our projects are collaborative and are dependent on input from owners, fellow designers, contractors and the many crafts people that we work with. Scope of services includes new homes and additions, small commercial and hospitality projects, historic and old house work, property master plans, and site design.
